❓What is Cuntry Club Casual?

• We’re a golf-core lifestyle brand built for the bold, the chaotic, and the chronically unserious. Our hats are made for people who show up to the course for the vibes, not the leaderboard.

❓Do you only sell hats?

• Yes. And they slap. These are not your average dad hats — they’re for hot girls, range bros, and anyone with questionable taste in partners but excellent taste in accessories.

❓Do I need an account to shop?

• Absolutely not. No passwords, no logins, no weird energy. Just hats.

❓Will the hat fit me?

• Yep. All our trucker hats are one size fits most with an adjustable snapback — perfect for heads between 21⅝″ and 23⅝″. (Big head? Big vibe? You’re good.)

❓How long will my order take to arrive?

• Each order is made just for you. Please allow: 2–7 days for processing, 3–5 days for U.S. shipping. We’ll send you tracking info once it ships. Chill. It’s worth it.

❓Where do you ship?

• We currently ship within the U.S. If you’re international and feeling left out, DM us. We’ll see what we can do.

❓Can I return or exchange my hat?

• Only if something’s wrong. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right. We don’t accept returns for “changed my mind” — wear it or gift it 

❓How do I care for my hat?

• Spot clean only. Don’t machine wash it unless you hate joy.

❓Can I bulk order for a tournament or group?

• Hell yes. Email info@cuntryclubcasual.com with what you have in mind and we’ll make some magic happen.
