At Cuntry Club Casual, every piece is made just for you — literally. Since all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
But if something’s off with your order, we’ll absolutely make it right. 🫶
🔁 Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Your item arrived damaged

You received the wrong item or size

The print is noticeably flawed or misaligned
To request a replacement or refund:

Email us at info@cuntryclubcasual.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Your order number

Clear photos of the item

A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

You ordered the wrong size or color
-
You changed your mind after ordering
-
The item doesn’t arrive in time for a specific event (please order early!)
Because every item is custom-printed, we cannot restock or resell returned items — thanks for understanding.
📏 Size Issues
Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering! If you need help, email us before you check out. We’re happy to help you find your best fit.
🧼 Item Condition
Returned items (when applicable) must be:

Unused and in original condition

Reported within 7 days of delivery

Accompanied by your order number and photos
💳 Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
